dc.description.abstractLa sociedad en su evolución ha sufrido transformaciones; producto del contexto económico, político, social, cultural y entre otros, así mismo se han evidenciado estos cambios en instituciones como lo es la familia e igualmente en las diferentes aristas que de ella se derivan, dentro de las cuales se pueden enunciar, pero sin limitarse a aspectos como la acepción, valores y conformación. Del mismo modo, en las familias, más específicamente en los hijos, padres o madres de crianza no han existido como figuras en el ordenamiento legal en Colombia, los cuales se relacionan de tal manera como sinónimo de convivencia, formación, alimentación, entre otros aspectos; sin embargo, no se concede como tal todos los derechos. Además, estas figuras familiares han sido apenas mencionadas por la doctrina y la jurisprudencia, los cuales no han sido señalados en la Constitución Política de Colombia.spa
dc.description.abstractenglishSociety in its evolution has undergone transformations; product of the economic, political, social, cultural and other contexts, these changes have also been evidenced in institutions such as the family and also in the different aspects derived from it, within which can be enunciated but not limited to aspects such as the meaning, values and conformation. In the same way, in the families, more specifically in the children, foster fathers or mothers have not existed as figures in the legal system in Colombia, which are related in such a way as a synonym of coexistence, formation, feeding, among other aspects; however, not all the rights are granted as such. Furthermore, these family figures have been barely mentioned by the doctrine and jurisprudence, which have not been indicated in the Political Constitution of Colombia. Therefore, it is considered important to address the issue of foster children in this article, a concept that has emerged from a reality consisting of the termination of their marital and marital ties of their fathers and mothers who decide with their new partner to form a new family with the children of previous relationships, which for civil purposes are not within the legal category in the degrees of consanguinity and adoptive but are part of a new category or classification called foster children who are currently subject to protection by judges who recognize the same rights.spa
