Th is work is confi ned to the study of the commercial dynamics in diff erent sectors of the Special, Industrial District and Port of Barranquilla; in particular, refers to the industrial areas of Food and Beverage and Textiles and Clothing. Objective, expected to identify the practices carried out by traders, analyze them and confront them with the mandatory Code of Commerce; this, is to recommend that the Legal Committee of the Chambers of Commerce, this certifi cation as commercial legal custom
Este trabajo se circunscribe al estudio de la dinámica mercantil en diferentes sectores del Distrito Especial, Industrial y Portuario de Barranquilla; en concreto, se refi ere a los ámbitos industriales de Alimentos y Bebidas y Textiles y Confecciones. Por objetivo, se espera identifi car las prácticas realizadas por los comerciantes, analizarlas y confrontarlas con la preceptiva del Código de Comercio; con esto, se pretende recomendar al Comité Jurídico de la Cámara de Comercio, su certifi cación como costumbre jurídica mercantil.
