¿Cuál es la naturaleza de la contribución por valorización?

Abstract

En este artículo se determinara la Naturaleza de la Contribución por Valorización y Plusvalía, en lo pertinente a su legalidad, destinación y recaudación de los recursos, adicionalmente la aplicación de cada uno de ellos en Colombia, donde se hará una investigación exhaustiva en lo referente a la materia en análisis jurisprudenciales en sentencias del Consejo de Estado y Corte Constitucional, artículos investigativos, guías, decretos, acuerdos, resoluciones y leyes; correspondientes al objeto de la investigación y por último, dar a entender el porqué de la obligación tributaria de cada uno de estos tributos en Colombia. This article will determine the nature of the contribution for valuation and Goodwill, in relation to its legality, destination and collection of resources, in addition to the application of each of them in Colombia, where an exhaustive investigation will be made regarding the matter in jurisprudential analysis in judgments of the Council of State and Constitutional Court, investigative articles, guides, agreements, laws, etc; corresponding to the object of the investigation and finally, to give an understanding of the reason for the tax obligation of each one of these taxes in Colombia.
