dc.descriptionThis article shows the relationship between critical knowledge management, collective intelligence; and social development. It is evident that an increase in collective intelligence is followed by a positive impact on the dignity of people, in improving institutions and environmental sustainability. Getting the point of critical knowledge management; variables like production, distribution, exchange and consumption of different kind of knowledge were studied. In regard to the collective intelligence; variables like common sense, traditional knowledge and social sensitivity were studied also. It is concluded in this researching that there is a close relationship between critical knowledge management and collective intelligence. It is evident that a greater critical knowledge management improves the ability of groups to solve problems.en-US
dc.descriptionEste artículo pretende mostrar la relación existente entre la gestión crítica del conocimiento, la inteligencia colectiva y el desarrollo social. Se evidencia que un aumento en la inteligencia colectiva viene seguido de un impacto positivo en la dignificación de las personas, en el mejoramiento de las instituciones y en la sostenibilidad ambiental. En el caso de la gestión crítica del conocimiento se estudiaron las variables de producción, distribución, intercambio y consumo de los distintos saberes y conocimientos. En lo que respecta a la inteligencia colectiva se considerandoestudiaron las variables de sentido común, sensibilidad social y saberes tradicionales. Se concluye que existe una relación estrecha entre gestión critica del conocimiento e inteligencia colectiva. Se evidencia que a una mayor gestión crítica del conocimiento le sucede un mejoramiento en la capacidad de los colectivos para resolver problemas.es-ES
