En el presente artículo se identifican y analizan procesos claves que hacen parte de la gestión logística en los hospitales públicos de la subred norte de Cundinamarca a partir de una propuesta metodológica que tiene como objetivo llevar a cabo una caracterización del estado actual de los procesos de atención y flujo de pacientes para la Ruta Integral de Atención en Salud Materna Perinatal (RIAMP). Se obtuvo como resultado el planteamiento de una línea de base con indicadores de capacidad y articulación para la medición de la prestación de los servicios en las redes de suministro en salud, que permiten la definición de estrategias que contribuyen a la mejora operacional de estas.
In this article key processes are identified and analyzed that are part of the logistics management in public hospitals in the northern sub-network of Cundinamarca, based on a methodological proposal that aims to carry out a characterization of the current state of care processes and flow of patients for the Integral Route of Maternal-Perinatal Health Care (RIAS-MP). It was obtained as a result the approach of a baseline with indicators of capacity and articulation for the measurement of the provision of services in health supply networks, which allowed for the formulation of strategies that contribute to the operational improvement of these.
