dc.descriptionEste trabajo es un análisis de la figura del divorcio incausado, fundamentado en el principio constitucional del libre desarrollo de la personalidad y de la legislación civil de la libertad de autonomía de la voluntad privada. Para su estudio se han tenido en cuenta los avances legislativos en algunos sistemas donde se encuentra vigente, que al ser confrontados con los proyectos de ley y la incipiente jurisprudencia colombiana permiten iniciar un camino para desarrollar y expandir las instituciones colombianas.es-ES
