The objective of the study was to analyze the economic and environmental aspects of incorporating PPE waste into the circular economy. The study was carried out with information at the national (Brand A) and local (Brand B) levels. The data was segmented by PPE families, quantified and characterized according to their manufacturing material and weight. As a result, it was observed that companies could obtain income of around $459.9 million pesos per year, in addition to the environmental benefit generated by prolonging the useful life of sanitary landfills.spa
