Abstract

Se realizó una Investigación descriptiva, con el fin de medir variables o conceptos, que permitan identificar cuál fue el comportamiento del recaudo del impuesto predial en el municipio de Marsella vigencias 2009 al 2013 y concluir qué factores de índole administrativo, político y estructural afectan el recaudo del tributo en el municipio.
