Impacto ambiental y general de los biocombustibles

Abstract

En este trabajo de grado se presenta la situación actual de los biocombustibles en Colombia, los proyectos vigentes y en construcción y las proyecciones hacia el año 2020 en cuanto a producción y mezcla. También se analizan los posibles impactos ambientales y generales generados por esta actividad agroindustrial, su incidencia en el medio ambiente y que medidas se pueden emplear para el control y la mitigación de los impactos negativos generados en el proceso de producción de biocombustibles. Asimismo se estudian las características principales de la materia prima utilizada en los cultivos para la elaboración y producción y la situación del Ingenio Risaralda en el proceso de obtención de biocombustibles. Además de analizar la fuerte incidencia de los biocombustibles en la economía nacional, la variación de los precios de la materia prima como el azúcar y su precio actual en el mercado. Los biocombustibles son una energía renovable, que puede favorecer al mejoramiento de la situación medio ambiental y la condición económica y social actual, a la que el país no es ajeno.

This degree project presents the current situation of biofuels in Colombia, current and under construction projects and projections towards the year 2020 in terms of production and mixing.
