Diseño de un sistema de gestión de calidad para la empresa Geoambiente Ltda., con base en la NTC ISO 9001:2000

Abstract

El sistema de gestión de la calidad para la empresa GEOAMBIENTE Ltda., fue diseñado siguiendo los requerimientos establecidos bajo la NTC ISO 9001:2000. Apoyado en la metodología del circulo de calidad de Demming. En tal sentido se presenta un diagnóstico que contiene la caracterización e interacción de los procesos para la producción de material vegetal y demás actividades inherentes al mismo desde el inicio hasta el final del diseño. Con los resultados del diagnóstico se determinaron elementos claves susceptibles a ser mejorados con la finalidad de ajustarlos a la calidad deseada por GEOAMBIENTE Ltda., siempre pensando en cumplir con los requisitos, la satisfacción del cliente y la mejora continua del sistema de gestión de la calidad. Para ello se formuló la política de calidad, la cual fue discutida, aceptada y divulgada por la alta dirección a todos los miembros de la organización. Formulada la política se dio el desarrollo de los requisitos de la NTC ISO 9001:2000 relacionados con los levantamientos y caracterizaciones de los procesos, los cuales fueron incluidos de manera sistemática para definir la estructura del manual de la calidad, esencial para su sistema de gestión. El manual de la calidad de GEOAMBIENTE LTDA. describe el Sistema de Gestión de la Calidad y cómo la empresa da cumplimiento a los elementos de la Norma NTC-ISO 9001:2000, indicando el correspondiente numeral, el alcance y los responsables por el cumplimiento; igualmente se referencia al Anexo Procedimientos del Sistema de Gestión de la Calidad que contiene los procedimientos que se aplican, los formatos que una vez diligenciados se

convierten en registros y demás documentos que se consultan para asegurar que el elemento considerado de la norma se cumple.

The system of administration of the quality for the company GEOAMBIENTE Ltda, it was designed following the established requirements under the NTC ISO 9001:2000.
