dc.description.abstract	El objetivo de la investigación es dar cuenta de la revisión documentada para analizar el avance de la evidencia científica e investigativa en relación con los comportamientos sedentarios (CS), y que afectan a los indicadores de adiposidad y a la condición física de las habilidades en niños y adolescentes. Por lo tanto, se realizó la búsqueda en las bases de datos (PubMed, LILACS, Google scholar, Epistemonikos, ScienceDirect, EBSCOhost, Scielo), arrojando un resultado de 435 artículos realizados sobre el tema en cuestión. Posteriormente, se realizó una sistematización de la evidencia científica mediante el uso de la plataforma Rayyan, aplicando criterios de inclusión y exclusión; realizando lectura de títulos y resumen, obteniendo un total de 31 artículos para la revisión. A estos se les aplicó un formulario de la calidad metodológica AMSTAR; estableciéndose 7 artículos para lectura total con su correspondiente análisis y discusión	spa
dc.description.abstractenglish	The development of this research is aimed at reporting on the documented review carried out to analyze the state of progress of scientific and research evidence in relation to sedentary behaviors (SC), and these as effects indicators of adiposity and condition. Physics for coordination skills in children and adolescents. Therefore, the search was carried out in the databases (PubMed, LILACS, Google Scholar, Epistemonikos, ScienceDirect, EBSCOhost, Scielo), yielding a result of 435 articles published on the topic in question. Subsequently, a systematization of the scientific evidence was carried out through the use of the Rayyan platform, applying inclusion and exclusion criteria; reading titles and abstracts, obtaining a total of 31 articles for review. An AMSTAR methodological quality form was applied to these; establishing 7 articles for total reading with their corresponding analysis and discussion.	spa
