dc.description.abstractLa presente investigación parte del interrogante sobre ¿Cuáles son los desafíos de gobierno derivados del estado de mendicidad y su incidencia con el incremento de la violencia en el parque lineal de la ciudad de Cúcuta en el periodo 2021-2023? por lo cual se planteó una ruta metodológica donde el principal objetivo de investigación fue Analizar los desafíos de gobierno producidos por el estado de mendicidad y su relación con el incremento de la violencia en el parque lineal de Cúcuta en el periodo 2021-2023, objetivo que obedece a un enfoque cualitativo, con un paradigma interpretativo y un método hermenéutico, permitiendo conocer las principales características del estado de mendicidad y la necesidad de que dicho estado sea tomado como un asunto público, partiendo del estudio de una zona vital para la ciudad de Cúcuta, la cual fue, el parque lineal, parque que ha sido foco de diferentes situaciones las cuales al día de hoy no se han podido mitigar.spa
