La Utopía en América Latina; Un Acercamiento al Legado Histórico y las Políticas Actuales

dc.descriptionThis article brings us closer to the concept of utopia in Latin America from the historical legacy and some current regional policies, important to understand the transformations and social constructions in Latin America. The methodology used was qualitative and primary and secondary theoretical documentary sources were used for this analysis, highlighting among them: news, photos, life stories and historical records that are part of the cultural heritage of some specific countries. The importance of investigating and reflecting on the construction of a nation is vital to understand, over the course of space time, the social, political, economic and governmental dynamics that interweave when it comes to including multiple biodiverse nations in an imaginary. The wealth that is established today in Central American, South American and also Caribbean countries, carries on its back the reality of registering for development, joining the vanguard of the utopia of progress that today transgresses its environment, its diversity, its people and above all, the idea of being able to think as if they were in an environment where establishing differences is the principle of exclusion. The utopian construction of the imaginary of the nation in Latin America still moves between the perception of what others conceive of America, and the idea of the territory by the peoples who inhabit it.en-US
dc.descriptionEste artículo nos aproxima al concepto de utopía en América Latina a partir del legado histórico y algunas políticas regionales actuales, importantes para entender las transformaciones y construcciones sociales latinoamericanas. La metodología utilizada fue cualitativa y se empleó para este análisis, fuentes documentales teóricas primarias y secundarias destacándose entre ellas: artículos, noticias, fotos y registros históricos que forman parte de los acervos culturales de algunos de los países mencionados. La importancia de investigar y reflexionar sobre la construcción de una nación, es vital para entender en el transcurso del espacio tiempo, las dinámicas sociales, políticas, económicas y gubernamentales que se entretejen cuando se pretende incluir en un imaginario, a múltiples naciones biodiversas. La riqueza que hoy se instaura en los países centroamericanos, suramericanos y también caribeños, carga sobre sus espaldas la realidad de inscribirse en el desarrollo, de unirse a la vanguardia de la utopía de un progreso que hoy, transgrede su ambiente, su diversidad, su pueblo y sobre todo, la idea de poder pensarse como sí mismos en un entorno donde establecer diferencias es el principio de la exclusión. La construcción utópica del imaginario de nación en América Latina, aun transita entre la percepción de lo que otros conciben sobre América, y la idea de territorio por parte de los pueblos que la habitan.es-ES
