dc.description.abstractDesde la expedición de la Constitución Política de Colombia en el año 1991 se consignó que las autoridades indígenas pueden ejercer funciones jurisdiccionales dentro de su territorio teniendo en cuenta las normas y procedimientos indígenas, así como también pueden tomar decisiones sobre la aceptación o no de la explotación de recursos naturales dentro de su territorio, pero esta autonomía es limitada por el Gobierno Nacional, existiendo así una posible contradicción entre ambos conceptos, soberanía estatal y autonomía indígena.spa
