| dc.description | El objeto de este artículo es presentar los resultados de una investigación adelantada con el propósito de identificar los elementos necesarios que deben ser tenidos en cuenta para que el plan especial de descongestión para la jurisdicción administrativa que debe ser elaborado y aplicado en los términos previstos en el nuevo código de procedimiento administrativo y de lo contencioso administrativo tenga mayores probabilidades de una ejecución exitosa en función del objetivo de evacuar los proceso en trámite en la fecha de su entrada en vigencia a más tardar cuatro años después de la aprobación del plan. | es-ES |
