Acompañamiento y seguimiento en los proyectos productivos de la fundación hogar pastorin

Abstract

La universidad libre seccional socorro en interés de apoyar los estudiantes del programa de zootecnia y la comunidad académica, en el año 2019 firman un convenio con la fundación hogar Pastorin, con el fin de promover en los estudiantes el desarrollo de la pasantía como opción de grado apoyando las diferentes labores encaminadas a la formación académica como futuros zootecnistas, estimulando competencias y labores que fortalezcan su formación integral. La granja integral auto sostenible de propiedad de la FUNDACIÓN HOGAR PASTORIN, se encuentra ubicada en la vereda campo hermoso municipio de san gil; ofrece servicios a niños y niñas y adolescentes y jóvenes que por diferentes razones han perdido la protección de sus familias, para esto la fundación cuenta con una finca encaminada cada día a ser una granja auto sostenible. Es por esta razón por la que la fundación y la universidad establecieron un convenio mediante el cual se beneficien mutuamente la universidad teniendo donde enviar a sus pasantes y la fundación beneficiándose del servicio profesional de los mismos. En el proceso de la pasantía se logró un seguimiento, fortalecimiento y ejecución de cada uno de los siguientes proyectos como son: proyecto piscícola, bovinos, ovinos, germinadores, praderas, huerta, planta de abono orgánicos entre otros con el fin de beneficiarnos no solo los integrantes de la fundación como en mi caso personal sino también la población consumidora de los productos de la granja. Las labores realizadas dieron inicio el 1 septiembre 2019 al 30 de marzo del 2020 para el desarrollo de la pasantía fue necesario establecer un objetivo general el cual consistió en hacer y optimizar las unidades productoras en la fundación partiendo de unos objetivos específicos como el de hacer un diagnóstico del estado actual en que se encontraba la granja, organizando, orientando adecuadamente cada proyecto, y socializando procesos y resultados con los interesados. Finalmente se hace entrega de los proyectos mejorados como lo son distribución de praderas, arreglo y ampliación del estanque piscícola, mejoramiento de lotes de café, mejoramiento huerta orgánica, la restauración de germina-dores de café, desparasitación y cumplimentación con vitaminas de bovinos, ovinos, y caninos, verificación de convenios, concesiones, y permisos que deba tener la granja. Finalmente cabe resaltar que se mejoraron cada uno de los proyectos existentes en su momento a la hora de hacer el análisis en el cual se pondrá en evidencia en el desarrollo del informe. In the interest of supporting the students of the animal husbandry program and the academic community, the free sectional relief university in 2019 signed an agreement with the Fundación Hogar Pastorin, in order to promote in the students the development of the internship as a degree option supporting the different tasks aimed at academic training as future zootechnicians, stimulating skills and tasks that strengthen their comprehensive training. The self-sustainable integral farm owned by the HOGAR PASTORIN FOUNDATION, is located in the beautiful countryside village of San Gil; offers services to boys and girls and adolescents and young people who for different reasons have lost the protection of their families, for this the foundation has a farm that is directed every day to be a self-sustainable farm. It is for this reason that the foundation and the university established an agreement by which the university mutually benefit, taking into account where to send its interns and the foundation benefiting from their professional service. In the internship process, a follow-up, strengthening and execution of each of the following projects was achieved, such as: fish farming project, cattle, sheep, germinators, meadows, orchard, organic fertilizer plant among others in order to benefit us not only the members of the foundation, as in my personal case, but also the population that consumes the farm's products. The work carried out began from September 1, 2019 to March 30, 2020, for the development of the internship, it was necessary to establish a general objective which consisted of making and optimizing the production units in the foundation based on specific objectives such as a diagnosis of the current state of the farm, organizing and properly guiding each project, and socializing processes and results with stakeholders. Finally, the improved projects are delivered, such as distribution of meadows, arrangement and expansion of the fish pond, improvement of coffee lots, improvement of organic orchards, restoration of coffee sprouts, deworming and vitamin supplements for bovines, sheep , and canines, verification of agreements, concessions, and permits that the farm must have. Finally, it should be noted that each of the existing projects were improved at the time of making the analysis in which it will be evidenced in the development of the report.
