dc.descriptionThe leadership itself affects the organizations’ performance and therefore, the strategic leadership is the formulation and articulation of a vision that represents the incorporation of the strategic goals. The main goal of this article is to analyze the conceptual aspect of the strategic leadership and how it can contribute to the enhancement of the organizations’ market competitiveness. A recount of literature was conducted by gathering empirical evidence about the effect of the strategic leadership within the organizations. Based on the above, it is fair enough to conclude that the strategic leadership can pave the road and set the guidelines and goals of the organizations. At the same time, it is concluded that the strategic leadership has a positive effect on various aspects of the organizations’ competitiveness.en-US
dc.descriptionEl liderazgo como tal afecta el desempeño de las organizaciones y por consiguiente, el liderazgo estratégico es la formulación y articulación de una visión que representa la incorporación de los objetivos estratégicos. El objetivo principal de este artículo es analizar el aspecto conceptual del liderazgo estratégico y cómo éste puede aportar a que las organizaciones incrementen su competitividad en el mercado. Se realizó un recuento de literatura que recaba evidencias empíricas sobre el efecto del liderazgo estratégico en las organizaciones. Así, con base a esto, es posible concluir que el liderazgo estratégico puede marcar el rumbo, las pautas y las metas de las organizaciones. Al mismo tiempo, se concluye que el liderazgo estratégico tiene un efecto positivo en varios aspectos de la competitividad de las organizaciones.es-ES
