La gravedad y modalidad de la conducta con la imposición de una medida de aseguramiento en Colombia

Abstract

Con el presente artículo se pretende dar respuesta a un problema jurídico, donde se mirará si para imponer una medida de aseguramiento, es suficiente la gravedad y modalidad del delito, para ello se hará un recuento normativo, jurisprudencial y doctrinal, todo esto con la finalidad de dar claridad en este tema y que este sirva de material de apoyo para posteriores artículos y demás. On the present article response is tried to meet to a juridical problem, where it will look if to impose a measure of insurance, there is sufficient the gravity and modality of the crime, for it a look will be done in the time and there will be born in mind laws that they speak on this one, as well as judgments of the constitutional court and other respective articles that will be named hereinafter, all that with the purpose of giving clarity in this topic and that this one uses as material of support for later articles and others.
