Diagnostico para proponer un sistema de costos para la empresa de telecomunicaciones voj network

Abstract

El crecimiento acelerado que las empresas de Telecomunicaciones están sosteniendo en Colombia nos lleva a realizar esta investigación en la empresa VOJ Network ubicada en el municipio de Villa del Rosario, Norte de Santander, donde se realizó una investigación de tipo descriptiva exteriorizando la problemática que hoy presenta la empresa. Problemática que está basada en la falta de un sistema de costos que le permita a la alta gerencia tomar decisiones financieras y administrativas acertadas en pro de la permanencia en el mercado y de lograr un crecimiento. Para dicho crecimiento empresarial, generar información confiable a través de un método estructurado que le facilite a la administración o la planeación de operaciones no se hace necesario si no obligatorio ya que permite evidenciar la ruta o camino que deben seguir basado en un registro formal de información y así evitar tomar decisiones intuitivas, que pongan en riesgo su existencia en un mercado tan competitivo; este sistema evitará repetir errores que ocurrieron en un pasado, por ello se podría decir que el sistema de costos es el puente entre la contabilidad administrativa y la financiera, por tal motivo en esta investigación se pretender realizar un diagnóstico de la empresa VOJ Network con el fin de proponer la importancia de la implementación de un sistema general de costos aplicable para el tipo de negocio y para los servicios ofrecidos (televisión e internet). The accelerated growth that Telecommunications companies are sustaining in Colombia leads us to carry out this research in the VOJ Network company located in the municipality of Villa del Rosario, North of Santander, where a descriptive type investigation was carried out externalizing the problem presented today the company. A problem that is based on the lack of a cost system that allows senior management to make sound financial and administrative decisions in favor of permanence in the market and achieve growth. For such business growth, generating reliable information through a structured method that facilitates the administration or planning of operations is not necessary if not mandatory since it allows to show the route or path that must be followed based on a formal record of information and thus avoid making intuitive decisions that jeopardize its existence in such a competitive market; This system will avoid repeating errors that occurred in the past, so it could be said that the cost system is the bridge between administrative and financial accounting, for this reason in this investigation we intend to make a diagnosis of the VOJ Network company with the in order to propose the importance of the implementation of a general system of costs applicable for the type of business and for the services offered (television and internet).
