| dc.description | This paper presents a detailed study can be qualifiedas a software product developed by applying a fuzzylogic system, which allows evaluating the responsesthat the system generated from the considerationsthat must be taken into account in the definitionquality, given the parameters that end users look forthese systems.The methodology is quasi-experimental, basedon surveys given to help define the characteristicsand quality standards that each user has andthen translate these parameters into a softwareproduct, which will qualify three websites on thesecharacteristics.From this it was found that the results obtainedby the system, compared to those defined by theuser are similar and therefore have no significantdifferences among them, being able to ensure thatthe software evaluates the quality of web systemseffective. | en-US |
| dc.description | En este artículo se presenta un estudio detalladoque permite calificar la calidad de un productode software aplicando un sistema desarrolladocon lógica difusa, el cual permite evaluar lasrespuestas que dicho sistema genera a partir de lasconsideraciones que se deben tener en cuenta parala definición de calidad, dados los parámetros quelos usuarios finales buscan en estos sistemas.La metodología aplicada es cuasi-experimental,dada a partir de encuestas que ayudan a definirlascaracterísticas y niveles de calidad que cada usuariotiene, para luego plasmar dichos parámetros en unproducto de software, que calificará tres sitios webbajo dichas características.A partir de esto se encontró que los resultadosobtenidos por el sistema, frente a los definidospor el usuario son parecidos y por ende no tienendiferencias significativas entre sí, llevando a poderasegurar que el software evalúa la calidad desistemas web de forma eficaz. | es-ES |
