Description
The main objective of this article is to determine the factors that generate justice by its own hand and its relationship with the fulfillment of the sustainable development objective SDO, especially in the component related to "peace, justice and solid institutions", in order to establish whether the the phenomenon of justice through personal and extralegal means can be an indicator of compliance with the SDGs. For which a series of quantitative and qualitative variables of resident subjects in the sectors with the highest rates of violence in Barranquilla will be analyzed. The type of investigation is of explanatory order and a method of inductive nature was applied.
El presente artículo tiene como objetivo principal determinar los factores generadores de justicia por mano propia y su relación con el cumplimiento de objetivo de desarrollo sostenible ODS, especialmente en el componente relativo a “paz, justicia e instituciones sólidas”, a fin de establecer si el fenómeno de justicia por medios personales y extralegales puede constituir un indicador del cumplimiento de los ODS. Para la cual se analizaran una serie de variables cuantitativas y cualitativas de sujetos residentes en los sectores con mayores índices de violencia en Barranquilla. El tipo de investigación es de orden explicativo y se aplicó un método de naturaleza inductiva
