| dc.description.abstract | Objetivo: Evaluar la asociación de la presencia de los polimorfismos los genes PPARƳ, FTO, AKT1, UCP2, LEP, MGAT1 con la obesidad y su relación con el perfil lipídico en mujeres adultas del Eje Cafetero Colombiano Metodología: Estudio de casos y controles Inclusión de 30 mujeres obesas y 30 con peso adecuado. Se evalúa perfil lipídico (colesterol total, HDL, triglicéridos, LDL, VDLD y relación colesterol/HDL) y antropometría (peso, talla, IMC y porcentaje de grasa corporal). El análisis del ADN se realizó a través de ensayos espectrofotométricos. Resultados (parciales) esperados: Identificación de asociaciones de los polimorfismos PPARƳ, FTO, AKT1, UCP2, LEP Y MGAT1 con la obesidad. | spa |
