| dc.description | In this work we present results concerning the effectof the Bi concentration on the electrical propertiesof SnS:Bi thin films deposited by sulphurizationof the metallic precursor in a two step process. Itwas found that the incorporation of Bi in the SnSlattice, significantly affect the electric conductivity.On the other hand, s vsT measurements, carriedout at temperatures ranging from 100 to 450 K,indicatde that the dominant transport mechanismosis the transport of termically activates carrier, inextended states of the conduction band. It was alsofound that at Bi concentration greater than 75%,gives raise to a change of the p conductivity to nconductivity in the SnS:Bi samples. | en-US |
| dc.description | En este trabajo se presentan resultados relacionadoscon el efecto de la concentración de Bi sobre laspropiedades eléctricas de películas delgadas deSnS:Bi, depositadas por sulfurización en dos etapas.Se encontró que la incorporación de Bi en la red delSnS afecta fuertemente la conductividad eléctricade las películas de SnS:Bi. De otro lado, medidas des vsT realizadas a temperaturas entre 100 y 450 Kindicaron que el mecanismo de transporte dominanteen la región de altas temperaturas (T > 300K) es eltransporte de portadores en estados de la banda deconducción, térmicamente activados. Se encontróque la incorporación de Bi en concentracionesmayores del 75% da lugar a un cambio del tipo deconductividad de las películas de SnS:Bi (cambia deconductividad p a conductividad n). | es-ES |
