Abstract

El presente artículo expone cómo las intenciones públicas y privadas interactúan en la elección de los candidatos a magistrados de la Corte Constitucional. El análisis se centra desde el poder nominativo del presidente de la República y luego el poder de elección del Senado de la República. This article exposes how public and private intentions interact in the election of candidates for magistrates of the Constitutional Court. The analysis focuses on the nominative power of the President of the Republic and then the power of election of the Senate of the Republic.
