Investigación social – ambiental, como estrategia de apoyo al programa Sigam, para fortalecer la participación ciudadana

Abstract

El proyecto “investigación social – ambiental, como estrategia de apoyo al programa SIGAM, para fortalecer la investigación ciudadana”, es un método novedoso de estudio y acción, que busca obtener resultados fiables y útiles para mejorar situaciones colectivas, basando la investigación de la academia en la participación educativa en la comunitaria, para contribuir al desarrollo del programa SIGAM del Ministerio de Ambiente Vivienda y Desarrollo Territorial. Los arriba mencionado se lograría mediante técnicas educativas, primarias y secundarias, dirigidas a la ciudadanía participante, para obtener de esta manera información que permita enfocar a una comunidad determinada hacia la planeación, programación y puesta en marcha del Sistema de Gestión Ambiental Municipal. The Project “Socio environmental investigation as a support strategy to the SIGAM program to strengthen citizenry investigation”, is an innovative method of study and action that seeks to obtain reliable and useful results in order to improve collective situations. Based in the academy’s investigation in educative participation in the community, the project also seeks to contribute in the development of the SIGAM program of the Ministry of Environment, Housing, and Territorial Development. The proposal here mentioned is possible through educative techniques, primary and secondary, directed towards the participating citizenry to obtain valuable information that enables the guidance of certain communities towards planning, programming, and implementation of the Municipal Environmental Management System.
