dc.descriptionHereby, we present a paper of scientific critique that deals with those relevant aspects that threaten the goalof every single scientific journal, that is, the objective of communicating to the interested reader the resultsof the research performed by people or groups that are committed to generating scientific knowledge. Thisis not a thorough analysis, but of one that coherently selects those factors that stand out the most, based onobservation, analysis, synthesis, and opinions of the experts as essential methods used by the author in orderto expose in a rational manner the problems that affect, in a meaningful way, authors and scientific journals.en-US
dc.descriptionSe presenta un trabajo de crítica científica, en torno a aquellos aspectos relevantes que atentan contra el logro del propósito que ha de cumplir cada publicación científica, es decir, el objetivo de comunicar al público interesado, el resultado de las investigaciones realizadas por personas o grupos que se dedican a generar conocimientos científicos. No se trata de un análisis exhaustivo, sino de uno que selecciona coherentemente aquellos factores que más se destacan en este sentido, sobre la base de la observación, el análisis, la síntesis y la opinión de expertos, como métodos esenciales utilizados por el autor para lograr exponer de manera racional, las problemáticas que afectan sobre todo, en una medida significativa, a autores y revistas científicas.es-ES
