| dc.description.abstract | Demostrar la asociación de la expresión del gen CXCL 10 y la depresión en los estudiantes de medicina de la Universidad Libre seccional Barranquilla que padecieron COVID 19 (enfermedad infecciosa causada por el coronavirus que se ha descubierto recientemente). Método y materiales: Estudio es epidemiológico, observacional y analítico sobre las características de los estudiantes que padecen depresión producto de la infección por la COVID 19, la información fue recogida mediante una encuesta autodilegenciada en Barranquilla, 2021, se evaluaron las variables y se anexo la escala de Hamilton para diagnóstico de depresión. Para evaluar la asociación existente de manera estadística significativa se utilizó un nivel de decisión p<0’05. Para estudiar la asociación de las variables se realizó una prueba de Chi Cuadrado. | spa |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | To demonstrate the association of the expression of the CXCL 10 gene and depression in medical students of the Barranquilla sectional Free University who suffered COVID 19 (infectious disease caused by the coronavirus that has recently been discovered). An epidemiological, observational and analytical study on the characteristics of students suffering from depression as a result of COVID 19 infection, the information was collected through a self-propelled survey in Barranquilla, 2021, variables were evaluated and the Hamilton scale for the diagnosisof depression was attached. A decision level p<0'05 was used to evaluate the existing association in a statistically significant way. To study the association of variables, a Chi Square test was performed. | spa |
