| dc.description | This brief essay is on the contributions from the Public Accountants to the development of the Country. I present some facts and events that show the official participation of the Public Accountants in the foundation and development of financial diverse Institutions that have marked the rhythm of the economy of the Nation. However, they also show up emergent contributions, those that are not given inside the normal paradigm. All these positions are narrated beginning with the beginnings of the XX century, continuing for the years 30 at the 80, later on the decade of the 90 and lastly the first decade of the XXI century. | dc.description | Este breve ensayo trata sobre las aportaciones de los contadores públicos al desarrollo del país. Presento algunos hechos y acontecimientos que muestran la participación oficial de los contadores públicos en la fundación y desarrollo de diversas instituciones financieras que han marcado el ritmo de la economía de la Nación. Sin embargo, también se presentan aportes emergentes, aquellos que no se dan dentro del paradigma normal. Todos estos planteamientos se narran comenzando por los inicios del siglo XX, siguiendo por los años 30 a los 80, posteriormente la década del 90 y por último la primera década del siglo XXI. Termina el escrito exhortando a la comunidad contable, que ante los problemas más sentidos por los colombianos, debemos responder con responsabilidad, interdisciplinariedad, creatividad e investigación. | es-ES |
