| dc.description.abstract | En los últimos años las criptomonedas, las cuales nacieron a partir de la crisis mundial financiera en el 2008, han ido adquiriendo mucha fuerza e impacto a nivel mundial gracias a sus características tan atractivas y a las oportunidades o ventajas que ofrecen a diferencia de la moneda convencional. El objetivo de este artículo es dar a conocer al lector un panorama general de las oportunidades y riesgos de inversión en criptomonedas. La investigación es documental de tipo descriptiva. Se concluye que la condición de ser un negocio no regulado lo ha convertido en un verdadero caldo de cultivo para que muchas personas al margen de la ley utilicen como lavado de activos y desde ámbito positivo, este sistema o negocio tiene una finalidad por su condición de finanzas descentralizadas, de disminuir la inequidad financiera. | spa |

The objective of this article is to make the reader aware of an overview of the opportunities and risks of investing in cryptocurrencies. The research is documentary of a descriptive type. It is concluded that the condition of being an unregulated business has made it a real breeding ground for many people outside the law to use as money laundering and from a positive field, this system or business has a purpose due to its condition of decentralized finance, to reduce financial inequality.
