| dc.description.abstract | El presente proyecto consiste en implementar una mejora tecnológica en la oficina de seguros de Andrés Romero, con el cual se pretende facilitar, agilizar y suprimir procesos complejos en la emisión y renovación del Seguro Obligatorio de Accidentes de Tránsito (SOAT) y que dependen la mayoría de las veces de las personas; entregando valor agregado a nuestros clientes, buscando facilitar la adquisición de sus seguros por medio de esta oficina. La herramienta entregará en todo momento al asegurado la información de vigencia, costo, características del vehículo y un ítem donde se discriminan los amparos que se obtienen con la compra del SOAT. | spa |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | This project consists of implementing a technological improvement in the Andres Romero insurance office. With which it is intended to facilitate, streamline and eliminate complex processes in the issuance and renewal of the Compulsory Traffic Accident Insurance (SOAT) and that most of the time depend on people; delivering added value to our clients, seeking to facilitate the acquisition of their insurance through this office. The tool will deliver at all times to the insured the information of validity, cost, characteristics of the vehicle and an item where the protections obtained with the purchase of the SOAT are discriminated. | spa |
