dc.descriptionTh is paper discusses the role of the World Bank and the rule of law in the speech of the redesign of the economy in Latin America and Colombia, the way the questions it has taken the concept and function of the rule of law, and the relationship between an analysis of economic development in the country with which it seeks to show that in the Colombian case especially formal institutions without eliminating the informal, have had major impacts on the current state of the economy Colombian. Th e answer to the questions clearly be developed based on the diff erent stages of policies and programs proposed by the World Bank between 60-90 decades but, also, for the solution of these questions will depart from a descriptive methodology- qualitative analytical approach for critical fi ndings against each elements.en-US
dc.descriptionEste documento plantea el papel del Banco Mundial y del Estado de Derecho en el discurso del rediseño de la economía en América Latina y Colombia, la manera como este ha asumido las preguntas por el concepto y función del Estado de Derecho, y su relación mediante un análisis del desarrollo económico en el país con el que se pretende demostrar que en el caso colombiano las instituciones, especialmente las formales –sin descartar las informales– han tenido grandes impactos en el estado actual de la economía colombiana. La respuesta a las preguntas claramente se desarrollarán con base en los diferentes estadios de las políticas y programas propuestos por el Banco Mundial entre las décadas de los 60-90, pero, igualmente para la solución de dichos interrogantes partiremos de una metodología descriptiva-analítica con un enfoque cualitativo para obtener conclusiones críticas frente a cada uno de los elementoses-ES
