La investigación de los siniestros marítimos en Colombia

Abstract

El módico conocimiento frente a normas sobre la investigación de siniestros marítimos, repercute en el instante de realizar análisis para el mejoramiento de la seguridad, pasando por alto información importante; siendo así ¿El Estado Colombiano podría evitar siniestros marítimos, aplicando una investigación integral de los mismos? La dimensión reconocida es frente a la eficacia de la Resolución MSC. 255 (84) al convenio SOLAS, (CÓDIGO DE INVESTIGACIÓN DE SINIESTROS), en relación a la experiencia de España; se resaltó la importancia de aplicar un marco de referencia común en tales averiguaciones. Por último, a través del método de análisis y síntesis se desarrolló el presente artículo de reflexión, haciendo uso de igual manera de textos especializados y normas que regulan la temática.

The reasonable knowledge opposite to norms of the investigation or marine catastrophes, reverbarates in the moment of realizing analysis for the improvement of the satefy, spending for high important information: being like that: Might the Colombian State avoid marine catastrophes, applying an integral investigation of the same?. The recognized dimension in opposite to the efficacy of the Resolution MSC. 255 (84) to the agreement SOLAS, (CODE OF INVESTIGATION OF CATASTROPHES), as regards the experience of Spain; there was highlighted the importance of applying a frame of common reference in such inquiries. Finally across the method of analysis and synthesis the present article about reflection developed, making use of equal way of specializing texts and norms that regulate the subject-matter.
