| dc.description | One of the most important elements in the study of the culture of human groups are values. Their influence in organization can be clearly appreciated in different aspects. In this study, the readiness of companies to learn was explored in the Mexican employment context in the region denominated Bajio. It was sought to relate both constructs – values and readiness to learn -, using models and tools with extensive empirical evidence. Although the results are exploratory in nature, it is considered that they open a line of research relevant to various sectors and regions. | en-US |

En las organizaciones se puede apreciar claramente su influencia en distintas vertientes. En este caso, se decidió explorar en el contexto laboral del Bajío mexicano la disposición de las empresas hacia el aprendizaje. Asimismo, se buscó relacionar ambos constructos a partir de modelos e instrumentos con amplia evidencia empírica. Si bien los resultados son de carácter exploratorio, se considera que abren una línea de investigación relevante para distintos sectores y regiones. | es-ES |

Dans les organisations on peut clairement apprécier son influence sur des versants distincts. Dans ce cas, on a décidé explorer dans le contexte de travail du Bajío mexicaine la disposition des entreprises vers l’apprentissage. De la même manière, on a cherché à rattacher les deux constructes à partir des modèles et des instruments avec une ample évidence empirique. Bien que les résultats sont d’un caractère exploratoire, il est considéré qu’ils ouvrent une ligne de recherche remarquable pour plusieurs secteurs et régions. | fr-CA |

Neste caso, foi decidido explorar no contexto do trabalho do Bajio mexicano a disposição das empresas para o aprendizagem. Também procuramos relacionar as duas construções a partir de modelos e instrumentos com ampla evidência empírica.
