Revisión y mejoramiento del sistema de gestión ambiental de Unilever Andina S.A.

Abstract

Por medio de este proyecto se realiza la revisión del contenido del Sistema de Gestión Ambiental de Unilever Andina Bogotá, mediante la realización de un diagnostico del estado actual de cada uno de los elementos que componen el SGA, del cual se obtienen las deficiencias de acuerdo al modelo, es decir, el de la casa matriz de Unilever. Con base en las deficiencias encontradas se establecen las recomendaciones y estrategias de mejoramiento para garantizar que los elementos del SGA armonicen con el resto de la organización y sean un modelo acertado para garantizar que las descargas al medio ambiente ocasionadas por la compañía cumplan con la legislación y las normas ambientales corporativas. Finalmente, se establecen unas recomendaciones que desde el punto de vista de la autora deben ser tenidas en cuenta para enriquecer el compromiso ambiental que ha adquirido la compañía.

By means of this project there is realized the review of the content of the System of Unilever Andina' environmental Management Bogota, by means of the accomplishment of a diagnosis of the current condition of each one of the elements that compose the SGA, of which the deficiencies of agreement are obtained to the model, that is to say, that of Unilever's parent company. With base in the opposing deficiencies the recommendations are established and strategies of improvement it stops to guarantee that the elements of the SGA harmonize with the rest of the organization and are a model succeeded to guarantee that the exhausts to the environment caused by the company fulfill with the legislation and the environmental corporate procedure. Finally, there are established a few recommendations that from the point of view of the authoress they must be had in bill to enrich the environmental commitment that has acquired the company.
