| dc.description | Con la promulgación de la Sentencia C-720 de 2007 que declaró inexequibles los artículos 192 y encabezado del artículo 207 del Código Nacional de Policía, relacionados con la medida correctiva de la retención transitoria, actualmente se presenta disparidad de conceptos en cuanto a la aplicación o no de la mencionada medida policial.En atención a esta diversidad de criterios sobre el particular, se pretende realizar un análisis sobre el tema con el fin de cuestionar, discernir y entender los planteamientos establecidos; igualmente, consolidar unas conclusiones acordes con las concepciones y parámetros legales y jurisprudenciales. | es-ES |
