| dc.description | The labor market is where entrepreneur and employees exchange labor services. Entrepreneurs are who decide to hire or not worker services, setting the labor demand, while workers are who offer their services. The relationship between both is what determines wages to pay, guaranteeing certain rights and freedoms to the employee. Therefore, this paper analyzes and details the current labor market developments of the 27’s European Union, influenced by the economic crisis and the analysis of the variables that make up and influence their behavior. Likewise, it is propounded a theoretical analysis of the behavior of industrial migration and intracommuity movements and the elements that cause it. As well, analyze and summarize microeconomic and macroeconomic situation of 27’s European Union, the employment trends, the only European market and social policies related to social rights of employees and companies. | en-US |
| dc.description | El mercado laboral es el lugar donde tanto empresarios como empleados intercambian servicios laborales. Los empresarios son los que deciden contratar o no los servicios de un trabajador, configurando la demanda de trabajo, mientras que los trabajadores son quienes ofrecen sus servicios. La relación entre ambas partes es lo que determina los salarios a pagar, garantizando unos derechos y libertades para el empleado. Por lo tanto, en este trabajo se analiza y se detalla la evolución del mercado laboral actual de la Unión Europea de los 27, influenciado por la crisis económica y el análisis de las variables que lo configuran e influyen en su comportamiento. A su vez, se plantea un análisis teórico de la conducta de los movimientos migratorios laborales intracomunitarios y los elementos que los provocan. De igual manera, analizar y resumir la situación tanto microeconómica como macroeconómica de UE-27, la evolución del empleo, el mercado único europeo o las políticas sociales relacionadas con los derechos sociales de los empleados y de las empresas. | es-ES |
