Acompañamiento y orientación jurídica a los migrantes con vocación de permanencia en Cúcuta.

Abstract

Los migrantes específicamente en este caso los venezolanos necesitan apoyo y orientación jurídica para adquirir documentos o normalizar su identidad en Colombia por lo tanto el Estado por medio de sus figuras gubernamentales y diferentes entidades deben otorgarle esta información a la población afectada con miras a mejorar la permanencia o estancia de estas personas en el país. Seguidamente se cumple una múltiple funcionalidad debido a que proporcionar y facilitar el acceso de esta información a los migrantes hace que Colombia tenga un control sobre los habitantes que ingresan a su territorio y adquieren conocimiento acerca de aquellos que se quedaran en el país o se encuentran de paso, para así buscar diferentes alternativas de vida laboral. Es importante determinar en principio que clase de migrante es la persona en estudio, consecutivamente observar en las diferentes opciones que ofrece el Estado colombiano e identificar la más acorde a su perfil y necesidades donde finalmente se llevara a cabo el procedimiento de regularizar documentos de identidad. It is important to determine in principle what kind of migrant is the person under study consecutively observe in the different options offered by the Colombian State and identify the most appropriate to their profile and needs where finally the procedure to normalize identity documents will be carried out.
