Abstract

Este trabajo de grado cuenta con el diseño del Perfil integral por Competencias del Ingeniero Residente para la Empresa Vasco Ingeniería y Consultoría S.A.S., iniciando con una identificación del contenido del cargo, seguido de los métodos de trabajo que demanda este, las relaciones con los demás cargos y determinación de funciones, responsabilidades, autoridad y competencias requeridas para el cargo, buscando la idoneidad en la selección de personal, y así mismo, la prevención de la aparición de enfermedad laboral y ocurrencia de accidentes e incidentes de trabajo en la población objeto de este proyecto. This degree work has the design of the Comprehensive Profile by Competencies of the Resident Engineer for the Basque Company Engineering and Consulting SAS, starting with an identification of the content of the position, followed by the work methods that it demands, the relations with the other positions and determination of functions, responsibilities, authority and competencies required for the position, seeking the suitability in the selection of personnel, and also, the prevention of the occurrence of occupational disease and occurrence of accidents and incidents of work in the population object of this draft.
