| dc.description.abstract | Introducción: El presente documento muestra los resultados de una revisión bibliográfica que contó con la selección de 70 artículos que discuten los efectos de la terapia hortícola en diferentes grupos de población, tales como: adultos, ancianos, individuos con trastornos mentales, personas con problemas de alcoholismo, pacientes con intervención quirúrgica, pacientes con manejo de dolor crónico. Metodología: Se analizó la relación entre la terapia hortícola y aspectos de la salud mental en las mujeres privadas de la Libertad de los diferentes grupos ya mencionados. Las palabras claves utilizadas para la creación de la ecuación de búsqueda fueron validadas con los DeCS en salud. Resultados: Se evidenció que la terapia hortícola tiene enormes beneficios para la salud mental, psíquica y emocional de nuestra diversa población. Promover la conexión con la naturaleza y lograr una sensación de plenitud y bienestar mediante el contacto con (bosques, jardines, plantas); sin embargo, es importante recordar que esto no sustituye al tratamiento médico convencional, sino que funciona como tratamiento no farmacológico. Conclusión: La horticultura es fundamental para proporcionar y brindar mejoría a quienes necesitan este tipo de tratamiento. Cabe mencionar que esto requiere compromiso y adaptabilidad personal. | spa |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | Introduction: This document shows the results of a bibliographic review that included the selection of 70 articles that discuss the effects of horticultural therapy in different population groups, such as: adults, the elderly, individuals with mental disorders, people with emotional problems. alcoholism, patients with surgical intervention, patients with chronic pain management. Methodology: The relationship between horticultural therapy and aspects of mental health in women deprived of liberty from the different groups already mentioned was analyzed. The keywords used to create the search equation were validated with the health decs. Results: It was evident that horticultural therapy has enormous benefits for the mental, psychic and emotional health of our diverse population. Promote connection with nature and achieve a feeling of fullness and well-being through contact with (forests, gardens, plants); However, it is important to remember that this does not replace conventional medical treatment, but rather works as a non-pharmacological treatment. Conclusion: Horticulture is essential to provide and provide improvement to those who need this type of treatment. It is worth mentioning that this requires commitment and personal adaptability. | spa |
