dc.description.abstractEl propósito de este trabajo es la actualización del plan de manejo ambiental de la planta industrial procesadora de residuos sólidos del municipio de Tauramena (PIPRST), como aporte para la solución a la problemática ambiental consecuencia de las actividades productivas propias de la planta industrial que además causan molestia a los habitantes de la zona. El manejo de los residuos sólidos es un proceso de alta complejidad y aplicabilidad a diferentes niveles o escalas, dado que en su estructura y/o formulación se estudian los procesos de producción que reúnen un conjunto de actividades orientadas a la transformación de materias en bienes productivos, en el que intervienen la información la información y la tecnologia que interactúan a diario con el personal que opera en la planta industrial, enfrentándose además a patrones de producción y consumo que tienden a que la generación de los residuos sólidos sea cada vez mayor, donde las principales causas son el crecimiento de la población, el modelo consumista que viene adoptando la sociedad y la existencia de deficiencias institucionales y de gestiónspa
dc.description.abstractenglishThe purpose of this work is to update the environmental management plan of the industrial solid waste processing plant of the municipality of Tauramena (PIPRST), as a contribution to the solution to the environmental problem as a consequence of the productive activities of the industrial plant that also they cause annoyance to the inhabitants of the area. The management of solid waste is a process of high complexity and applicability at different levels or scales, given that its structure and / or formulation study the production processes that bring together a set of activities aimed at transforming materials into productive assets. , in which information, information and technology that interact daily with the personnel that operate in the industrial plant intervene, also facing production and consumption patterns that tend to increase the generation of solid waste, where the main causes are population growth, the consumer model that society has been adopting and the existence of institutional and management deficiencies. With this research, the objective of updating the environmental management plan of the PIPRST was achieved, emphasizing the impacts generated by the productive activities of the plant, for which the types of impacts and factors that can cause damage to the environment were determined, This was carried out through the analysis of the different socioeconomic, cultural and environmental processes of the municipality of Tauramena, consolidating a database for the formulation of the EMP.spa
