| dc.description | The objective of this article is to analyze the perception of the employees in the company LAN Airlines in Cartagena, taking the dimensions such as Employee Benefits, Policy Management and Personal Development to allow an appreciation of the internal working environment of the organization, for the study was done using SPSS statistical tool with Lickert scale questionnaires, and a focus group that helps clarify and determine the degree of satisfaction of employees in their work area and development of their activities. | en-US |
| dc.description | El presente artículo tiene como objetivo analizar la percepción de los empleados en la empresa LAN Airlines de la ciudad de Cartagena, atendiendo las dimensiones como son los Beneficios Laborales, las Políticas Administrativas y Desarrollo Personal que permita una apreciación del clima laboral interno de la organización, para el estudio se hizo uso de la herramienta de estadística SPSS, con cuestionarios en escala de Lickert, además de un grupo focal que permite aclarar y apreciar mejor el grado de satisfacción por parte de los empleados en su área de trabajo y desarrollo de sus actividades. | es-ES |
