dc.description A research was carried out at the Citizen Attention Unit (UAC) of the Ministry of National Education, in the area of notifications, with the intention of knowing the factors that influence the notification process of resolutions, preventing the correct notification to citizens. A qualitative research methodology was defined with a descriptive approach, which enabled us to establish the current state of operations of the process and to be able to determine the contribution that was made for the solution that was developed, and to be able to apply the information gathering methods corresponding to the process; we took into account the application of tools such as interview, survey and observation, which were helpful in order to establish the real problem that was happening in the notification process. The delivered results helped to determine what part of the requirements obtained in and reflected on the design and development achieved the fulfillment of the objectives proposed for the entity, as well as the benefits in terms of delivery time, agile queries (consultations) and the security and integrity of the information.en-US
dc.descriptionSe realizó una investigación en la Unidad de Atención al Ciudadano (UAC) del Ministerio de Educación Nacional, en el área de notificaciones, con la intención de conocer los factores que inciden dentro del proceso de notificación de resoluciones impidiendo la correcta notificación a los ciudadanos. Se definió una metodología de investigación cualitativa con un enfoque descriptivo, que permitió establecer el estado actual de funcionamiento del proceso y poder determinar el aporte que se realizó para la solución a desarrollar, y poder aplicar los métodos de recolección de información correspondiente al proceso; se tuvo en cuenta la aplicación de herramientas como entrevista, encuesta y observación, que fueron de ayuda para establecer el problema real que se presentaba en el proceso de notificaciones. Los resultados entregados ayudaron a determinar que parte de los requerimientos obtenidos y plasmados en el diseño y desarrollo lograron el cumplimiento de los objetivos propuestos para la entidad, así como beneficios en tiempo de entrega, consultas más agiles y seguridad e integridad de la información. es-ES
