Implantación de software para el registro sistemático de historias clínicas en el Centro de Servicio y Cuidado Integral de la Salud de la Universidad Libre Seccional Pereira

Abstract

Este proyecto tiene como objetivo central, diseñar un software para beneficiar a los usuarios del Centro de Servicios y Cuidado Integral de la Salud para los miembros de la comunidad Unilibrista, que pertenecen a la IPS encargada de solucionar las necesidades médicas de la comunidad de la Universidad Libre Seccional Pereira. Para mejorar la calidad interna, el Centro de Servicios y Cuidado Integral de la Salud (IPS), desea obtener un software que realice el registro de historias clínicas para dar cumplimiento a lo establecido en el Sistema Obligatorio de la Garantía de la calidad “Decreto 1011 de 2006”1, y lo contemplado en la resolución “De 1995 de 1999”2 expedido por el ente gubernamental. La era tecnológica opera en nuestro medio facilitado procesos, en un mundo informatizado, instantáneo y sin fronteras. El software sirve en todos los escenarios del mundo para almacenar grandes cantidades de información ahorrando en las compañías tiempo y recursos, generando mayor satisfacción de los usuarios. El software permitirá que el usuario registre los datos personales del paciente, los datos del médico por el cual fue atendido, el historial clínico por fecha, edad, facultad, teniendo en cuenta las necesidades y los requerimientos del Centro de Servicios y Cuidado Integral de la Salud (IPS), de esta manera la entidad gana 1Ley Expedida por el Ministerio de la Protección Social 2 Decreto Expedido por el Ministerio de la Protección Social 10 tiempo y dinero. El registro de historias clínicas será más rápido, seguro y de mayor privacidad. Para realizar este proyecto se consulto la IPS para saber cuáles eran los procedimientos utilizados en el registro de los usuarios (pacientes), se encontró una ficha de diligenciamiento manual bastante dispendiosa e insegura para los requerimientos de calidad que se esperan en el mundo contemporáneo. To carry out this project, the IPS was consulted to find out what the procedures used in the registry of users (patients), it was found a rather expensive and unsafe manual completion sheet for the quality requirements expected in the contemporary world.
