Abstract

El traslado de empresas industriales ubicadas dentro de la ciudad y con intención de ubicarse en una zona perimetral cada vez es mayor. La calle 80, es uno de los sectores favoritos por las empresas debido a su vocación logística y a la cantidad de oportunidades que se ofrecen en la zona. El presente documento, pretende mostrar un plan de mercadeo para el Parque Industrial Lógika II, ubicado en el sector de Siberia. Se dedica fundamentalmente al arrendamiento de bodegas para almacenamiento y procesos industriales, ofreciéndole a través de distintas variables la oportunidad a las empresas de reubicarse y mejorar sus condiciones operativas. Para el desarrollo del proyecto, se examinan las investigaciones de antecedentes históricos sobre parques industriales, el comportamiento del sector, el análisis de la oferta y el inventario competitivo, entre otros. Adicional a esto, se observan los resultados de la investigación de mercados que permite identificar la necesidad de la demanda en cuanto a parques industriales se refiere. Finalmente, se propone una serie de estrategias que permitirán conocer la viabilidad y la funcionalidad del proyecto.
