Derechos De los niños a patria de padres venezolanos con y sin permiso especial de permanencia – PEP, en Colombia

Abstract

Este artículo presenta los resultados de la investigación que se realizó con el fin de establecer los derechos de los niños apátridas de padres venezolanos con y sin Permiso Especial de Permanencia PEP en Colombia. Para el cumplimiento de los objetivos se acudió a la jurisprudencia, leyes, convenciones internacionales y Constitución Política. This article presents the results of the research that was carried out in order to establish the rights of stateless children of Venezuelan parents with and without a Special PEP Permit in Colombia. For the fulfillment of the objectives, we went to jurisprudence, laws, international treaties and Political Constitution. Conclusions were reached based on the reflections made in the 2019 Inter-American Human Rights System Diploma.
