dc.descriptionWe studied the effectiveness of the popular and group actions in the metropolitan area of Bucaramanga, confined to the period from 2005 to 2009, with respect to protecting the environment, the desire to find out how profitable has resulted so far bringing them. For the development of research we initiated investigation of the origin of these actions, doing a comparison between these types of action, we made a detailed analysis of the findings in 56 court decisions; and finally, we finished our work by making a spot check to actually establish how they comply with court rulings on environmental protection.en-US
dc.descriptionSe realizó un estudio de la eficacia de las acciones populares y de grupo en el área metropolitana de Bucaramanga, circunscribiéndolas al periodo 2005 a 2009, con respecto a la protección del medioambiente para indagar qué tan provechosas han resultado. Para el desarrollo del trabajo retomamos el origen de estas acciones, pasando luego por un comparativo entre ellas, hicimos un análisis de los hallazgos en 56 fallos judiciales, y finalmente terminamos con una verificación in situ para establecer el cumplimiento de los fallos judiciales en la protección del medioambiente.es-ES
