dc.descriptionThis paper provides a detailed discussion of the topic of lawyers’ professional competencies based on a hypothesis of an eventual implementation of an oral hearing system for processing civil matters in Colombia. It is based on the guiding principles that are strengthened as a result of this system. It also identifies these competencies and their impact on the conduct of oral ligation processes. Lastly, it reviews the importance of attorneys’ educational process with regard to the acquisition of these abilities.en-US
dc.descriptionEn el presente trabajo se desarrolla la temática de las competencias profesionales de los abogados, sobre la hipótesis de una eventual implementación de la oralidad en el Proceso Civil en Colombia. Se toman como base los principios orientadores que se fortalecen como consecuencia de ésta. Se identifican dichas competencias y la incidencia que tienen en el desarrollo del Proceso Civil Oral; por último se habla de la importancia del proceso formativo de los abogados en cuanto a la adquisición de estas capacidades.es-ES
