Temas emergentes en la trata de personas en Colombia: Adaptando las politcas a nuevas realidades.

dc.description.abstractLa trata de personas igual que todo fenómeno social va evolucionando al paso del cambio que se da en las sociedades modernas, es por ello importante, que los estados estén preparados y atentos a esos cambios, que mueven este fenómeno a otros sectores, para así poder, responder de manera pronta y efectiva a esta problemática que afecta a todos los estados. Conocer y analizar esas nuevas realidades que se forman alrededor de la trata de personas, permite a los estados no solo desde el ámbito legislativo adaptarse a esta problemática sino también, poder desde el gobierno dar respuestas a estas nuevas realidades, desde la expedición de políticas efectivas que combatan este flagelo. De acuerdo a ello se podrán adaptar las políticas a esas nuevas realidades que requiere un enfoque holístico, combinando prevención, protección y persecución, y requiere no solo leyes, sino una colaboración interinstitucional, que brinde alternativas y estrategias flexibles adaptables a los cambios que se van presentando, y garantizar así la protección a la población que puede ser vulnerable y verse afectada, pero más especialmente los niños, niñas y adolescentes que son quizá los mas vulnerables y fáciles de victimizar mediante las redes sociales. En este artículo se estudian así tres grandes segmentos que consideramos permiten aportar en la prevención de la trata de personas desde unos segmentos emergentes, así se estudia: Trata Digital y Nuevas Tecnologías, Trata con Fines de Extracción de Órganos e Implicaciones para las Políticas Públicas.spa
dc.description.abstractenglishHuman trafficking, like any social phenomenon, evolves at the pace of change that occurs in modern societies. It is therefore important that states are prepared and attentive to these changes, which move this phenomenon to other sectors, in order to be able to, respond promptly and effectively to this problem that affects all states. Knowing and analyzing these new realities that are formed around human trafficking allows states not only from the legislative level to adapt to this problem but also to be able to give responses to these new realities from the government, from the issuance of effective policies. to combat this scourge. According to this, policies can be adapted to these new realities, which requires a holistic approach, combining prevention, protection and persecution, and requires not only laws, but also inter institutional collaboration, which provides alternatives and flexible strategies adaptable to the changes that are taking place. presenting, and thus guaranteeing protection to the population that may be vulnerable and affected, but more especially children and adolescents who are perhaps the most vulnerable and easy to victimize through social networks. This article studies three large segments that we consider allow us to contribute to the prevention of human trafficking from emerging segments, this is how it is studied: Digital Trafficking and New Technologies, Trafficking for the Purposes of Organ Removal and Implications for Public Policies.spa
