Extracción de compuestos organoclorados usando una Membrana hueca como barra sólida “solid bar” mediante GC-ECD

dc.descriptionThe research for new analytical techniques that are highly sensitive and selective, that achieve the detection of compounds that are found at trace level in different matrices is one of the challenges of chemistry, additionally that they respond to the principles of a green chemistry, where the use of organic solvents is minimized, and also obtain techniques that lead to an easy preparation of the sample, reducing the number of steps of the extraction process. It was developed a technique of microextraction using a hollow membrane and confining within the lumen a metal pin and a solid C18 (octadecyl) absorbent phase; this experiment is proposed for the extraction of 10 pesticides (α-BHC, 2: Lindane, 3: Aldrin, 4: Heptachlor Epoxide, 5: Dieldrin, 6: Endrin, 7: 4,4'-DDD, 8:Endrin Aldehyde 9: Endosulfan sulfate, 10: 4,4'-DDT), to evaluate the extraction capacity, yielding a good isolation efficiency of the analytes, the results obtained from the solid bar technique were good in recovery, all was performed in triplicate to evaluate reproducibility and repeatability; with a concentration factor (CF) in the order of 20 times, for LOD and LOQ the extractionof the analytes were achieved in the order of ng L-1, a recovery rate between 45 and 71%.en-US
dc.descriptionLa búsqueda de nuevas técnicas analíticas que sean de alta sensibilidad y selectividad, que logren la detección de compuestos que se encuentren a nivel de trazas en las diversas matrices es uno de los retos de química, además que respondan a los principios de una química verde, donde se minimice el uso de solventes orgánicos, y a su vez las técnicas conlleven a una fácil preparación de la muestra, se reduzcan el número de pasos de todo el proceso. Se desarrolló una técnica de microextracción usando una membrana hueca y confinando dentro del lumen un pin metálico y una fase absorbente sólida C18 (octadecilo); este experimento se propone para la extracción de 10 plaguicidas (α-BHC, 2: Lindano, 3: Aldrín, 4: Heptacloro Epóxido, 5: Dieldrín, 6: Endrín, 7: 4,4´-DDD, 8: Endrín Aldehído, 9: sulfato de Endosulfan, 10: 4,4´-DDT), para evaluar la capacidad de extracción, arrojando una buena eficiencia de aislamiento de los analitos, los resultados obtenidos de la técnica “solid bar” fueron buenos en la recuperación, todo fue realizado por triplicado para evaluar la reproducibilidad y repetibilidad; con un factor de concentración (FC) en el orden de 20 veces, en cuanto al LOD y al LOQ ya que se logró la extracción de los analitos en orden de los ng L-1, se presenta un porcentaje de recuperación entre 45 y 71%.es-ES
