dc.descriptionThis paper shows the results of the investigation project on reform territorial the fiscal control, developed by the line of investigation in Economic regime and public property of the group of public right of the Rosario University. The structure is the following one: the first part describes the methodological elements from which it was developed in investigation project; the second part shows the conceptual and statistical developments proposed by the investigation group to validate or to deny theses of work in three levels: (i) performance of accounting offices; (ii) complexity of the fiscal control and (iii) validation and observation of the factual conditions of territorial the fiscal control. In the third part the investigation results appear; and finally the conclusions and recommendations of the study comment.en-US
dc.descriptionEste artículo muestra los resultados del proyecto de investigación sobre reforma al control fiscal territorial, desarrollado por la línea de investigación en “Régimen Económico y Hacienda Pública” del grupo de Derecho Público de la Universidad del Rosario. La estructura del artículo es la siguiente: la primera parte describe los elementos metodológicos a partir de los cuales se desarrolló el proyecto de investigación; la segunda parte muestra los desarrollos conceptuales y estadísticos propuestos por el grupo de investigación para validar o negar las tesis de trabajo en tres niveles: (i) desempeño de las contralorías; (ii) complejidad del control fiscal, y (iii) validación y observación de las condiciones fácticas del control fiscal territorial. En la tercera parte se presentan los resultados de investigación, y finalmente se comentan las conclusiones y recomendaciones del estudio.es-ES
